Frequently asked questions
Waterproofing, sizing, shipping and care: the quick answers.
Are the boots really waterproof?
Yes, the waterproof construction protects your feet from rain, slush and puddles. To keep them that way, avoid submerging them above the top of the shaft.
Are they warm enough for winter?
The boots are insulated to keep your feet warm in cold weather. For very low temperatures, we recommend pairing them with warm socks.
How do I choose the right size?
Check the size guide on the product page and compare it with your usual size. If you plan to wear thick socks or you’re between sizes, contact us and we’ll help.
Is the sole good on ice and snow?
The Vibram outsole gives very good grip on wet and slippery surfaces. On bare ice, stay careful, as with any footwear.
How do I care for my boots?
Remove dirt with a soft brush or damp cloth and let them dry at room temperature, away from direct heat. Reproofing them from time to time extends their life.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually prepared within 1 to 3 business days. After shipment, delivery generally takes 4 to 8 business days, depending on your destination. You will receive an email with your tracking link.
Can I exchange my size?
If the size doesn’t fit, contact our customer service within the period stated in our return policy and we’ll send you the instructions.
